A DAY AT THE ZOO
hee hee... like primary school compo rite. hahahahaz.. anyway.. this is the 2nd time in the near history that i've visted the zoo. the first time was with my beloved poly mates. i think it was a good number of ten plus? anyway.. that time was really fun cuz the zoo changed so much and the company was fun too. (not that my family isn't fun. hahaz.. ) so anyway. the day started when we parked the car at the car park and walked to the zoo. my mum bought 2 hats from taiwan which is amazingly beautiful. so she was even more excited than me in using it. hahahaz.. one is blue and yellow striped, the other is pretty in pink. =)
my mum tried it on on my grandma. but as you can she, she doesn't really like it. hahahahz..

we had a little snack, courtesy from my aunt cuz she say the food inside is damn ex. yes. freaking ex. hahahz..

crocodile. ok. i know i'm being lame cuz the readers of my blog have basic common sense to know wad animals is it in the pictures. so i shall not write any captions unless i have to aight. hahahahz..
this truck brings back memories... who remembers the pic we took in the truck? lets see if anyone remembers.
this is an emu! my 10 yr old cousin was telling me this is an ostrich. but i know it isn't. but i just can't figure out the name cuz i dunno.. BUT I KONW ITS NOT AN OSTRICH. hahahaz.. its an EMU!! . =)
we acutually bought tickets for tram ride we have a senior citizen and a junior citizen. its 5 bucks for unlimited rides. kinda convenient cuz the interval is really short.
in case you dunno wad the hell am i taking, its actually a polar bear. i was being an idiot when i was taking this pic. everyone was looking through the glass, looking at the bear and i tried to take the pic throught this little slit of clear glass. the bottom is water, and the top is kinda blurred with i dunno wad... oil? hahahz.. so there was this tiny little slit of clear glass and i tried like hell to capture a good shot.
and then i realised (wad an idiot i was) that there was this clear view at the other side. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ.........
i think this animal is really pretty. especially its eyes really captivated me. so i took more shots of it.
this is wad my little cousin call the monkey, 'tell-lie-monkey'. hahahaz.. cuz it's nose is exceptionally long, i think my aunt has been telling him, if you tell lie, your nose will become like that. so that beacme the ''tell-lie-monkey''.
i think it has nose like jacky chan though. hahahaz.. and its stomach is really bloated! hahaahz. so cute ~

ok. we have now arrived at the kids world.
in the kids world, they build this mock house thing which shows wad houses/life is like in the past. they way they cook, their beds, their clothes blah blah blah and of course, wad bugs there were in the houses. so there was this ultra big life like cockroach on the wall. my cousin got frightened initially hahaz.. me too.
i was trying to pose with this ah-ma but kinda failed. looks so fake. hahahahz.. *with my bag*. anyway, the handsome little man behind is my cousin.
and ~ ......... we saw a mouse gave birth. can you believe it? there was this little guy (around 11 yrs old?) telling me"a mouse just gave birth, a mouse just gave birth". then i dunno he talking to me eh. hahahaz.. cuz i dunno him. then i realised there was no one else beside me so i decided to follow him. he pointed to this little case (where they breed white mouse) and the mouse is really giving birth!!! hahahaz. if you can enlarge this pic, you'll see that that tiny little red ball beside the white mouse is the 'just-born-mouse'.
this is with flash. i dunno which is better. so i tried both. hahaz..

then there was this silly little penguin who kept bumping itself into the wall for dunno wad reason. then my cousin ask me "jie jie, why the penguin keep bumping into the wall?" then i dunno how to answer leh. i just said, "cuz penguins can't see.".. hahahahaz..

the baby orang utan and the mummy orang utan was doing some kind of stunts up above us.. but a pity my camera not very good.. cannot really capture wad they are doing.
the porcupine showing its spikes. it hid its spikes the first time we came across it. but when we looked at it the second time, it revealed its spikes. cool eh.
we had ben and jerry's after that... cuz kfc's queue was ***king long. double browine special!!! hahahaz.. look at my li'll cousin scooping up the last of the browine. it was awesome. =)
tired day. but happie day. =) i'm actually clearing my digi cam's pics. so i shall blog up more wu eh bo eh pics in time to come. pls shi mu yi dai.
tomorrow's the debut of shuang zi xin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can only watch epi one. not epi 2 and 3. diao......................... so irritating.
