ok. ages sinced i blogged. hahahaz.. been busy but dunno busy with wad. hahahz. the usuals since exams are juz like 3 weeks away. wad the fuck. can you believe it? why are the exams getting nearer and nearer to cny? or rather getting nearer and nearer after cny. exams on the 16th feb till the 23rd feb. that means i'll have 2 months holi. but i rather have more time on studying. hahaz.. 2 months hols wad am i going to do? FYP? work? chiong anime? the stupid economy is really having an effect on everyone. i'm starting to feel the pinch. thinking of gettng 2 more jobs. but that would be impossible. i had an urge to cancel all my chinese new year gatherings but i know that would be impossible. let that be the last. 21st birthdays all this yr, that would include presents as well. sigh. its alright. i'll find another job. but i dunno how to tell rosemary that i wanna work full time during weekdays then weekend i work cookie museum. cuz i know c.m. wouldn't give me 7 day a week schdeule. i might as well find another part time/temp job. read the newspapaer today.. there was this stepdad who was jailed 30 yrs and caned 24 strokes for making his stepdaughterS have sex with him. CHINESE NEW YEAR IS HERE!!!! hahahaz.. i dunno if i'm excited of the fact that cny is here, or i'm excited over long weekend (finally), or because its a routine. hahahaz.. i asked clare when i was working (( clare is my china colleague)) if she finds that singapore has NO CNY mood. hahahaz.. then she say YES. singapore no cny mood at all. hahahaz.. yes. i find that so too. athough you can see all the decorations, the songs, the wadeva, i still feel that a lot is missing out. maybe its beacuse we are too westernised. clare and her other frens in singpoare all bought loadz and loadz of food ((raw ones)) to cook on their big day. she told me she went to fairprice to buy 2 huge chicken, pig intestine, pig liver, chicken intestine, beef balls blah blah blah to cook with her frens. she say she haven buy prawns, vege, tofu, soup base and a lot more. then i ask her. you cook yourselves izzit. then she say "yah lOh. " and she's only 2 years older than me. how cool is that. in 2 yrs time, i dun forsee myself doing that. hahahaz.. they are sooo traditional. wad cause the vast difference???? must be the influence and the way we are brought up. for my house, i dun have much deco actually. juz that my piano cover change to red, then the main table decorate a bit then considered getting ready for new year. no banners, no flowers, no hanging deco, no everything. hahaz.. then again, no new year mood cuz all of us DUN WAN to squeeze in with the crowd during cny period. who would wan to? you can't walk, talk and even breathe. hahaz.. maybe thats why. was doing spring cleaning at c.m. when i come across this magazine. kinda utas kind of magazine... its moods.sg . asian hospiitality and style which cost 9 per issue. so thin cost 9 bucks. zzzzz. utas like hell. hahaz.. so i kope one back to read. features a lot of utas gadgets, relaxation place and blah blah blah. then there was this section for Bars and pubs. they featured codes used by most bartenders. thoese coes were founded at the bars of the famous American Restaurant andbar chain, TGI Friday's.
