wooo ~ the sweetness of after exams.. hahahaha.. sleep late, wake up late.. hahaz.. although i still have work, but i start at 2 and end at 8 everyday. so yup.. juz nice. 2 little incidents i wanna blog abt. monday --> juz came in at 2 when a couple customer ((old in age)) had an extra ticket cuz their fren can't make it for a concert at 3. so rosemary decided to give me the ticket. then i was like .. i dun need work ah? hahaz.. then she say cuz you are paid per hour mah, then juz don't count that hour.. so i was like okie loh.. sounds fun huh.. work halfway then go watch show... hahaz. anyway reached the rehersal studio i got the shock of my life. ALL OF THEM ARE FROM THE OLDER GENERATION. and i was like GG... dunno wad i will be listening to. i looked at the ticket at it read "tribut to bai guang, by jessica tan" . my first thought. who is bai guang? hahahahaha.. okie now i know. bai guang is a very very famous female singer from my grandma's generation. BUT...... surprsingly , i enjoyd the whole performance. hahaz.. the singer was very entertaining, and had a lot of interaction with the audience. and the audience all very cooperative too. i only knew one song out of all the songs she sang. "wo deng zhe ni hui lai". HAHAZ.. and you know wad's the best part? at the end of the show, all of them were like ''ENCORE ENCORE ENCORE ENCORE".. hahaha.. i didn't know the ah peis and ah ems know how to encore so i joined in the fun... hee.. tues --> i was as usual selling cookies outside around 7 plus in the evening when i noticed this gal looking at cookies. so naturally, i went up and said "hi good evening, are you blah blah blah" . then i noticed that she looks damn damn familiar.. closer look, OMG. she's andrea!!! i dunno how many outramians still remember her. she's the student councillor vp when we were in sec 1. i will always remember her cuz she was the one who made friends with me for the very first time i stepped in outram. as some of you know i dun have a very good pri school childhood, i was touched when someone actually made friends with me.. her and yi xian. hahahah.. i found him soooo handsome back then. anyway. so i recognised her and asked her "are you andrea?" she was taken aback but she replied "yah". then i said "omg. i'm from outram! student councillor!! " hahaha.. i dun think she recongised me but learning that i'm from the same sec sch as her, she gave back the same excitement.. hahaz.. chatted a while then she go and find her bf. hahahaha... so happie! =)oh! and not forgetting, fer popped by cookie m. to look for me. so swwweeeettt after her opera.. the italian one.. hahahaha.. so tall liao still wear heels. zzzz.. and..... THAT JIA YI SAID SHE WILL EMAIL US ABT OUR NEXT MEETING! AND I'M STILL WAITING!!!! jia yi if you are reading this ( but i dun think you will be) pls do something about the mess you created. we've bought the present and card! and i've already written my share on the card liao. when the fuck can we pass it to you? gals. this means war. hahahahahahaahah.. yay!! meet ups coming up. this sat! kim!(pls dun spam my tag. thanx. hahahaha) dun forget ah! and at night, juz for the enlisting guys. =)it was an easy point to miss - i won't hold him accountable for that - but wad my mind was shouting at him to understand was that i've increasingly found that people never truly tire of plaing games and dreessing up, no matter how many years pass. our lies now are just more sophisticated; our words to deceive, more eloquent. From cowboys and indians, doctors and nurses, to husnabd and wife, we've never stopped pretending.
